Monroe competitive again, but remains winless with 31-21 road loss to Brookville

BROOKVILLE — Better days are coming for Monroe High School’s football team. Bob Mullins is sure of it.

For now, though, the Hornets are a frustrated crew that simply can’t find a way to secure a win.
