SEASON PREVIEW: Monroe looking to make more strides, eyes first winning record since 2015

MONROE — The climb continues for Monroe High School’s football team.

The Hornets haven’t had a winning season since going 6-4 in 2015, but their outlook is brightening. They were 4-5, won three of their last four games and counted a Division III playoff win at Elida last season in
