FRANKLIN — Franklin High School’s softball team has experience, ability and high hopes for the 2023 season.
The Wildcats went 13-12 and finished second in the Southwestern Buckeye League East Division behind Waynesville last year, and they lost only one senior from that squad. So it’s no surprise that optimism
