Monroe eager for another crack at Western Brown in D-III playoffs after splitting a pair of shootouts

MONROE — Bob Mullins is emphatic when it comes to his Monroe High School football team’s trip to Western Brown on Friday night.

He has a firm belief that his Hornets can be triumphant in the Division III, Region 12 quarterfinal at Kibler Stadium.

“I know we can win,” Mullins said
