Carlisle starts fast, then survives late Summit push to record first playoff victory since 2009

CINCINNATI — The grind has been long and slow and filled with a lot of disappointment along the way for Carlisle High School’s football team.

But it’s starting to produce some results.

The Indians staggered to a 1-19 record in 2018 and 2019, and that no doubt added to the sweetness
