OXFORD — What began as a grin broadened into a big smile on Edgewood High School football coach Scott Clemmons’ face Friday night.

Clemmons was asked about a brutally effective 65-yard, 10-play drive by the Cougars, all on the ground, which led to a touchdown that salted away Edgewood’s 34-
