FAIRFIELD — Brandon Smith sees a lot of young talent on Fairfield High School’s football team. Better yet, he sees the youngsters maturing on a daily basis.

“They’re realizing that on varsity you have to do everything right and have a certain intensity and motor for it,” said Smith
