ROSS TOWNSHIP — Sully Spencer was a special part of Ross High School’s special boys soccer season in 2019.

He wants to be very special this year.

Spencer is preparing for his sophomore campaign after leading the Rams in scoring as a ninth-grader with 41 points (15 goals, 11 assists).
