FAIRFIELD — One more big step might bring Jason Stiens a state boys bowling championship.

The Badin High School junior rolled a 578 series in the Division II sectional at Colerain Bowl and followed that with a career-best 226-182-276–694 at the district event at Beaver-Vu Bowl, sending him to Friday’s
