Edgewood no match for defending state champion MND, but proud of historic season

MONTGOMERY — Edgewood High School’s girls basketball team countered the tidal wave with effort and a positive attitude Monday night.

That approach didn’t produce anything close to a victory for the Cougars, but it helped them press on and get through an overwhelming defeat that ended their memorable season
