Russell caps game-long rally as Franklin edges Monroe, stands alone atop SWBL Southwestern

FRANKLIN — Franklin High School’s boys basketball team had the lead when it counted Tuesday night in its Southwestern Buckeye League showdown with Monroe.

The visiting Hornets were ahead for nearly 30 minutes in the battle for first place in the SWBL Southwestern Division, but Ryan Russell converted a three-point play
