GERMAN TOWNSHIP — Madison High School’s girls basketball team got overwhelmed Thursday night, but there was a bright side.

The 65-39 loss at Valley View was a Southwestern Buckeye League crossover game, which means it doesn’t count in the standings. That also means it had no effect on the
