Waynesville shows it’s still a serious Buckeye contender, hands Carlisle first loss of the year

WAYNESVILLE — The Waynesville High School girls basketball team is not as skilled or as talented as it was last season during a Division III state runner-up campaign.

But the Spartans are still a force to be taken seriously in the Southwestern Buckeye League Buckeye Division.
