Howard sparks unbeaten Lakota East in second-half rally that defeats Middletown

MIDDLETOWN — Trevor Howard wasn’t Lakota East High School’s leading scorer Friday night, but he may as well have been for as big as he played.

The 5-foot-11 senior guard scored all 8 of his points in a span of about two minutes in the third quarter, taking his team
