WEST CHESTER TOWNSHIP — It only seems like Julian Mackey has emerged from nowhere to become one of the top scorers in the Greater Miami Conference.

Mackey is a senior guard in his first varsity season for Lakota West High School’s boys basketball team. He’s averaging 24.7 points per game
