SEASON PREVIEW: Franklin edging toward full health, eyes shot at Southwestern title

FRANKLIN — Franklin High School’s boys basketball team wants to get back to the top of the Southwestern Buckeye League Southwestern Division standings after a rare fourth-place showing last season.

Veteran coach Brian Bales believes he’s got the kind of group that can do that this year. Of course
