MIDDLETOWN — Kelven Moss is mixing youth and talent as he begins his tenure as Fenwick High School’s boys basketball coach.

Moss, the head man with the Miami University Hamilton men’s program the last three years, likes what he’s seeing. He believes the Falcons can be contenders for
