SEASON PREVIEW: Football success has Badin playing catch-up, but optimism still high

HAMILTON — Gerry Weisgerber has high hopes for Badin High School’s boys basketball season, even if it takes a while to get cranked up.

Thanks to the school’s football success, Saturday night’s opener against visiting Cincinnati Christian will be somewhat historic for Weisgerber, who’s beginning his 22nd
