Freshmen make early statement as Monroe rallies past Madison in season opener

MONROE — All Paige Frazier needed was a little time to find her groove.

The Monroe High School freshman point guard didn’t score in the first quarter of her varsity debut Friday night, but she had a hot hand the rest of the way in a Butler County girls basketball
