MASON — Alec Dardis knows Collin Brown better than anyone on the Mason High School football team. Their paths first crossed 2,500 miles away when they were about 6 or 7 years old, playing youth baseball together in Seattle.

A decade and two separate moves later, they have teamed up in the Comets’ passing
