Monroe’s perfect season comes to an end with loss to Alter in Division II regional final

LEBANON — The best season in Monroe High School girls soccer history ended quietly Saturday afternoon at Lebanon’s Jim VanDeGrift Stadium.

The previously unbeaten Hornets lost to Kettering Alter 2-0 in a Division II regional championship game, marking Monroe’s first defeat in just over a year.
