Talawanda’s Bell among locals looking to run to state glory at National Trail Raceway

OXFORD — For the first time in nearly a decade, the Talawanda High School boys cross country program will have a runner competing in Saturday’s state championships.

Brave sophomore Kiefer Bell placed ninth overall at last week’s regional meet in Troy to claim one of the top 20 state-qualifying spots
