ARCANUM — Monroe High School’s boys golf team made history Thursday by literally making every shot count.

The Hornets captured their first-ever Southwestern Buckeye League Southwestern Division team title by edging perennial champion Oakwood 326-327 in the annual league tournament at Beechwood Golf Course.
