Lakota East wins opening meet and sets high bar, but GMC rival Mason right there

LIBERTY TOWNSHIP — Cockiness isn’t part of Lakota East High School’s girls cross country plan this season, no matter how much winning gets done.

The Thunderhawks are hoping to win a lot and started with a bang last Saturday by topping the 31-team Ohio High School Athletic Association Preseason
