FRANKLIN — Franklin High School’s boys basketball team has been wearing a bull’s-eye for a long time in the Southwestern Buckeye League.

The Wildcats think that’s fine. It’s just part of their culture. Yet veteran coach Brian Bales said they’ll keep being aggressive in their quest
