Taylor celebrates elusive tournament win while extending Monroe’s sectional drought

MASON — The celebration has been a long time coming for the Taylor High School boys basketball team.

Ten years removed from their last tournament win, the Yellow Jackets washed away the frustration with a complete-game 58-51 win over Monroe on Saturday afternoon in a Division II sectional opener at Mason
