Franklin making positive moves and equals last year’s victory total by fighting off rival Carlisle

FRANKLIN — Emma Burnett can feel the positive shift within Franklin High School’s girls basketball program.

John Rossi is back for his second stint as head coach and the Wildcats, who haven’t enjoyed a winning season since 2018-19, are gradually making moves.
