Fenwick falls just short of Division II district title, but earns fifth state tournament berth in six years

MIAMISBURG — Call it a muted celebration.

Fenwick High School’s girls golf team earned its fifth Division II state tournament berth in the last six years Wednesday, yet finished second by a stroke to Madeira in the district event at PipeStone Golf Club.
