OXFORD — Andy Stuckert won’t be making any predictions, but he can feel the tide turning.

It’s Year 3 for Stuckert in charge of Talawanda High School’s football team, which hasn’t enjoyed a winning season since going 7-3 under Larry Cox in 2019. The Brave are just 5-16 under
