FRANKLIN, Ind. — Cooper Matthews is making his mark in the world of college basketball, which is nice. He’s playing for a very good NCAA Division III team, which is better.

The 2023 Hamilton High School graduate has found a home in the Hoosier State at Franklin College, a Heartland Collegiate
