Unbeaten Badin jumps ahead early and relies on defense to fight off Bellbrook in D-III playoff victory

FAIRFIELD — Badin High School slotback Carson Cheek could see it unfolding before the ball was even snapped. 

Facing third-and-8 on the initial drive Friday night, Cheek blew past his corner and softly cradled a pass from Alex Ritzie, running untouched for a 77-yard touchdown as the Rams beat Bellbrook
