MONROE — Another strong rushing performance powered Monroe High School’s football team to its fourth straight victory Friday night, a 34-7 decision over visiting Waynesville.

Quarterback Ryan Miles ran 13 times for 152 yards and a touchdown for the Hornets, while Elijah Jackson had 11 rushes for 73 yards and scored three times. Landen
