Mother Nature wins pitchers’ duel as top-ranked Badin and Fenwick are scoreless and suspended in the fifth inning

HAMILTON — Nik Copenhaver and Carrson Sova matched goose eggs Friday and the result was, well, nothing.

Badin High School’s baseball team is ranked No. 1 in the Ohio High School Baseball Coaches Association Division II state poll and sent Copenhaver, a junior right-hander, to the mound to face Fenwick’s
