MONROE — It was all a beautiful scene in Jason Frazier’s eyes.

Monroe High School’s girls basketball team scored a significant victory over Butler County rival Talawanda on Saturday afternoon, which was important enough. But the big-game environment also tugged at Frazier’s heartstrings.
