Carlisle ends losing streak and hopes to build momentum after continuing mastery of Madison

CARLISLE — An elusive victory provided a renewed sense of optimism for Carlisle High School’s boys basketball team Tuesday night.

This season has been a tough ride for the Indians, so knocking off longtime rival Madison 46-40 was a very welcome experience.
