CARLISLE — Fred Andrews is eager to continue the winning tradition that’s been built by Carlisle High School’s boys basketball program in recent years.

Andrews is the new head coach for the Indians, who haven’t had a losing season since 2020-21. Carlisle is 61-31 with two Southwestern Buckeye
