WAYNESVILLE — A roster loaded with experience has Waynesville High School’s boys basketball team aiming high in 2025-26.

The Spartans finished 16-8 last season and lost just one senior to graduation, and six of those losses came by single digits. So first-year coach Brandon Philpot is looking for big things
