WEST CHESTER TOWNSHIP — Lakota West High School’s girls basketball team opened the season with a mixed-bag weekend in its Test at West Showcase.
The Firebirds romped past Urbana 69-38 on Saturday, but came back Sunday with an offensive struggle and took a 45-34 loss to Walnut Hills.
