COLUMBUS — Everybody on the Badin High School sideline believed the breakthrough was coming Saturday afternoon, but it never did.

The Rams fell behind 1-0 in the first half and couldn’t come up with an equalizer despite a couple close calls, falling short of the Division III state girls soccer
