‘Mr. Ohio’ Hooks flies high again, helps Lakota East halt losing streak against Lakota West

LIBERTY TOWNSHIP — The sound heard out of Liberty Township on Friday night was Ryder Hooks thumping his chest, making his claim as the best player in Ohio.
