ROSS TOWNSHIP — Nolan Ertel couldn’t have cared less about the chilly conditions. He was simply dealing on the mound.

Ross High School’s senior right-hander tossed a three-hitter with nine strikeouts Friday to show the way in a 4-0 Butler County baseball triumph over visiting Cincinnati Christian.
