Talawanda making early progress, but opens season with two defeats on spring-break trip to Florida

FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. — There is no discouragement for Talawanda High School’s baseball team, even with two straight losses to open the season.

Matt Lykins has a mostly veteran roster and wants this spring-break trip to the Sunshine State to be an all-around experience.
