MOUNT ORAB — Rodney Parrett has made one thing clear from the very beginning. He’s going to stop the Talawanda High School boys basketball coaching carousel.

The Brave finished 6-16 in his first season at the helm, capped by an 82-45 Division III district loss to top-seeded Aiken at Western
