MILFORD — New Miami High School’s difficult journey came to an end Monday night.

The Vikings couldn’t keep up with top-seeded Cincinnati College Prep Academy in a Division VII district boys basketball opener at Milford and lost 68-43, despite a career-best 26 points from freshman guard Trey Strong.
