MARIEMONT — The first half of the season was beneficial in a painful way for Talawanda High School’s girls basketball team.
The Brave reached the halfway point with a 4-7 record under first-year coach Zach Stapleton after falling to host Mariemont 41-38 on Tuesday afternoon in the Warrior Holiday Classic
