WAYNESVILLE — Kellen Philpot knows his football playing days are running short, so he’s savoring every one.

The Waynesville High School senior and his teammates are taking their best shot at the Division V postseason and have reached the third round. They’ll meet West Liberty-Salem in a Region 20 semifinal
