Monroe’s Frazier finishing strong career at MVNU with an eye on the future: ‘I don’t regret anything’

MOUNT VERNON — The window is closing on Brooke Frazier’s soccer career. It’s sad in some ways, emotional in others. But she’s OK with it. She accepts things as they come.
