CARLISLE — Blake Lawson can see all the hard work and optimism within Carlisle High School’s football program this summer.

The Indians haven’t had a winning season since going 7-3 in 2017 under Mike Brown, but there’s a renewed sense of determination with 2011 Carlisle graduate Josh Koogle taking over
