SHARONVILLE — Fairfield High School senior Leanna Lawson swung the bat, sprinted to first and kept on going, right into FHS softball history.

Lawson’s two-out single in the bottom of the seventh brought in Ava Hensley, allowing the Indians to claim their second straight Division I district championship Thursday with
