Madison celebrates strong season after falling short against D-III power Alter: ‘We didn’t back down’

COVINGTON — Madison High School’s girls basketball team walked away from the 2023-24 season with a a lot of tears and a lot of pride.

The Mohawks completed an 18-7 campaign with a 58-40 loss to Kettering Alter last week in a Division III district semifinal at Covington, with Madison
